All customers must contact us via email or fax before exchange any items. Items returned without contacting us will not get to their intended destination. All customers must not ship items back to our office address located in various places on this website or our warehouse address on shipment package. We will provide electronic UPS Returns Label via email; therefore you can just drop the shipment in every UPS store and send back to us.
